Quash
I Reuliff Voorhees, of the township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex & State of New Jersey, Farmer, certify that Quash, a male negro child was born of my slave Teen, at the place aforesaid, on the 25th day of February last past.
-- Witness my hand this eleventh day of October eighteen hundred and eight.
