I Ann Parker of the city of New Brunswick in New Jersey, widow, do hereby certify that a male negro child, called Charles was born of my slave Charlotte on the 7th day of March in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and ten at the township of North Brunswick in the county of Middlesex & State aforesaid.- Witness my hand this 18th day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred fourteen.- Ann Parker
