I James Parker of Perth Amboy in the county of Middlesex do hereby certify that a male negro child named James was born of a female slave belonging to one named Nancy - at Middletown Point in the county of Monmouth on the fourth day of November one thousand eight hundred and ten. Witness my hand the tenth day May one thousand eight hundred and eleven.
