I Henry Van Dike of South Brunswick in the County of Middlesex New Jersey, Farmer, certify that a female negro child called Sally was born September 12th, 1815, a male negro child called Anthony on the 28th October 1816, a male negro child called Albert November 1st, 1818, and another child called George on the 12th August 1821, all children of my slave Martha and born in the Township of South Brunswick. Witness my hand this 4th Janry 1822.
